The material.
The details.
Sermorelin is a 29-amino-acid peptide corresponding to the first 29 residues of human growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH 1-44), the shortest sequence that retains full activity at the GHRH receptor. It is the reference compound in the GHRH-analog family.
Later analogs build on it: CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) adds four stabilising substitutions to the same 29-residue sequence, and tesamorelin modifies the full-length hormone.

03 / DOCUMENTATION
COA / Lab Reports
What is the labeled quantity for this product?
5 mg or 10 mg per vial. The milligram value describes the labeled contents of one vial, not directions for use. Where several strengths are offered, select the one you need before adding it to your bag.
How does sermorelin differ from CJC-1295 without DAC?
They share the same 29-residue backbone, but CJC-1295 without DAC carries four amino-acid substitutions that make it more resistant to enzymatic breakdown.
What is used to reconstitute a lyophilized vial?
Lyophilized material is supplied as a dry powder. Bacteriostatic water is available separately in our vial collection; follow your laboratory’s established procedures for reconstitution, storage and handling.
Is this product for human use?
No. All Refresh Research products are sold for laboratory research only. They are not for human or animal use and are not intended for therapeutic or diagnostic applications.
