What is the GLOW peptide blend?
GLOW brings together three compounds that are frequently studied in tissue and matrix research: GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. Each vial holds 70 mg of combined peptide as a single freeze-dried powder. The blend is meant for labs that want to study the three side by side without preparing and combining three separate vials.
GLOW blend ingredients
- GHK-Cu: the copper complex of the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys, studied in fibroblast and wound models for its role in collagen and extracellular matrix regulation.
- BPC-157: a 15-residue peptide derived from a gastric protein sequence, studied in rodent models of tendon, muscle and gut injury.
- TB-500: a synthetic peptide that mimics the part of thymosin beta-4 that binds actin, studied in models of cell migration and wound closure.
The 70 mg on the label is the combined total in the vial. Since GHK-Cu is usually present in the largest share, the powder may show the blue tint associated with copper peptides.
Why combine GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500?
Each component has been investigated against a different part of the repair process: matrix remodeling for GHK-Cu, blood vessel formation for BPC-157, and cell movement for TB-500. Researchers studying combinations want to know whether those activities add to one another, overlap or interfere. There is far less published work on the combination than on the single compounds, so GLOW is best seen as a tool for asking new questions.
Other GLOW formats
The GLOW blend is also sold as capsules, each containing 2 mg GHK-Cu, 500 mcg BPC-157 and 500 mcg TB-500 (60 per bottle). KLOW extends the formula by adding KPV. Every GLOW component is also available on its own.
Planning with a blend
A blend fixes the ratio of its components, which is convenient but also limits flexibility. If your design calls for changing one peptide while holding the others steady, single-compound vials may serve you better. GLOW is most useful when the fixed ratio is itself the subject of study.
Buy the GLOW blend: 70 mg vial
Each vial holds 70 mg of combined peptide as a single freeze-dried powder.
- The powder may show a blue tint from the copper in GHK-Cu.
- Ships as a dry powder from the USA. Store unopened vials at −20 °C once received; bacteriostatic water for reconstitution is sold separately.
- GLOW is also sold as capsules (2 mg GHK-Cu, 500 mcg BPC-157 and 500 mcg TB-500 per capsule).
- Volume savings apply automatically when you order two or three vials.
